By: KyliePurchased the product a month ago. Fast delivery - great! Hard drive sent in a satchel, not really packaged well - product delivered 'dead on 'arrival' - Customer service and sales poor. Requested I send the faulty device back to them (at my expense), then handballed me to the manufacturer to lodge a 'warranty claim'. More running around with the manufacturer and 'process'. 1 month later, still no replacement, still out of pocket the cost of the hard drive, plus shipping and still no resolution. I understand that on occasion products don't work, however the customer service for both FlashTrend and Western Digital is pretty poor and the amount of time spent trying to resolve any issue is just not worth it.
