AMAZING easy to use (eventually) for us over 60’s !!

My score relates to the wrongful supply of the product more than the product itself. Photo 1 below (Left) was advertised, but Photo 2 was delivered. I preferred the photo 1 model product due to its robust build. I had problems with the photo 2 model in the past. Due to its straight design, after a few months' use the lightening pin pushed the entire assembly on the otherside of the drive, and failed to connect with the iPhone. I was able to establish connection by firmly holding the other end, whilst pushing the lightening pin. I was concerned that the entire assembly may dislodge, and make the unit useless. I use it very sparingly due to this concern. The retailer should have either not advertised the photo1 model, or warned that the model they will supply is not the same as advertised. Sorry it has been a lenghthy explanation. Could you please let me know what you plan to do about this. Regards. Neel S.
